The SDGsParticipants say about Connected Leadership
Connected Leadership is FANT's leadership course in Sierra Leone. More than 80 leaders have already joined the journey. Read about their experiences here.

As a participant, I am truly appreciative of the knowledge, skills, and insights I gained throughout the program. The course content was thoughtfully designed to address the pressing needs of aspiring leaders in our community.
The combination of interactive workshops, case studies, and mentorship sessions provided a well-rounded learning experience that has equipped me with the necessary tools to navigate the challenges of effective leadership
The Japanese have a concept, IKIGAI, which is about finding your reason to get up in the morning. A balance in life that creates meaning and purpose.
I was inspired to reflect on my own IKIGAI when I attended Connected Leadership in Sierra Leone in April 2024.
The course gave me a deeper understanding of what meaning and purpose can mean in both my professional and personal life.
The programme did more than develop my leadership skills. It challenged me to think about how we as leaders and people can make a positive difference. Not only in our organisations, but also in our families and in society. How can we find meaning in what we do and use it to inspire others?
I highly recommend Connected Leadership to anyone who wants to find more meaning in their leadership and work. It is a unique opportunity for personal and professional development. Get in touch with me if you want to hear more from an insider – but be prepared that I probably won't reveal much. It has to be experienced.

One of the major turning points in my life is my Connected Leadership experience with Cecilie Hauerberg, Steve Hall, the FANT community and Monjasa colleagues.
Personally, Connected Leadership sparked a series of learnings, reflections, and cultivating of connections that have impacted how I view time, balance, choice, relationships, energy, leadership, purpose, and life.
A unique programme that will benefit leaders and organisations alike by inspiring reflections and creating a momentum for personal leadership journeys where ideas are put into practice.

This is truly an eye opening experience which I believe stays with one for life!
Highly recommend it to everyone who is ready to open their hearts and eyes and try on a different set of lenses.
Among the many lessons I learned in Sierra Leone, the one that stands out is the hope of the people in the communities - and how the empowerment of hope helps fuel change from the bottom up as we see young people grow up with ambition and dreams of building a better tomorrow!
