How to participate on Connected Leadership
The Connected Leadership programme is a five-day course faciliated twice a year. The next team is taking off:
- March 19-26 2026
You get the highest return on your learning during Connected Leadership if you come well prepared. Have you thought about what type of leader you are – and want to be? What reality do you work in and what reality do you think you will encounter in Sierra Leone?
In Sierra Leone, you will be challenged in unfamiliar settings. We expect you to have an open mindset with both the will and desire to work with yourself.
Are you ready for an educational challenge that pushes your boundaries and confronts your biases? And do you have the courage and curiosity to let go of what you think you know about leadership? If you can say yes to these questions, Connected Leadership is the right leadership course for you.
How much does Connected Leadership cost?
It costs USD $5,000 to participate in Connected Leadership.
The money covers:
- All-inclusive catering
- Single room at hotel/resort
- Teaching
- Participant materials
- Transportation in Sierra Leone
You must cover your own expenses for the trip to Sierra Leone's capital, Freetown, as well as any vaccines and visas. When you land in Sierra Leone, you will be greeted by Cecilie and Steve. They will take care of all the practicalities and logistics during the stay.
