Steve Hall
Cecilie Hauerberg
Steve Hall has more than 25 years of experience in leadership development and as a course facilitator.
Steve teaches individuals, teams, organisations, and communities, helping them strengthen their unity and leadership. He focuses on creating energy and enthusiasm.
He is the author of the book "Another set of lenses" and has extensive experience with management training focusing on immersion.
Steve also teaches at AVT Business School's Executive MBA programme.
Cecilie Hauerberg is Head of Secretariat and General Manager of FANT.
Cecilie founded the organisation in 2012 with the vision of using sports and sports activities to organise healthy communities for marginalised people. The communities are established as sports associations in West Africa and Ukraine and are for children, adolescents, and people living with disabilities.
The purpose of the sport associations is also to inspire democratic participation and to create a greater focus on human rights.

"I don't think there is a major difference between being a leader in a large, international company and being a coach or community leader in one of our communities. It's about your connections to the people you lead. If you don't have a connection with the people you work with, you're not going to be managing a big international company nor a football team,"
