Complaints and Whistleblower Scheme
At FANT, we take our work and responsibility seriously. Therefore, it is important to us that everyone affected by our work, whether that be employees, partners, board members, volunteers, members, local community members in the countries we work, or the general public, has the opportunity to file a complaint.
If you experience, witness, or suspect unacceptable behavior, illegal activities, or other serious concerns related to FANT’s activities, employees, volunteers, or partner organisations and their employees, it is important that you inform us. Reports should be submitted through FANT’s official whistleblower scheme, which you can access via the link below. You can read more about the whistleblower scheme in the green information box.
FANT Whistleblower Scheme
FANT’s official whistleblower scheme has been established to ensure the best possible protection for individuals who choose to submit a report. It allows for both anonymous and non-anonymous reporting of concerns or complaints. If you choose not to remain anonymous, your identity will never be shared without your consent, and all reports and complaints will be handled by FANT with full respect for confidentiality and privacy.
FANT’s whistleblower scheme is operated by an external company, GapSolutions A/S. All reports are first processed by them and screened before being forwarded to FANT’s Whistleblower Unit. Our Whistleblower Unit consists of:

If a complaint submitted through the whistleblower scheme concerns either of those two, the complaint is instead passed on to:
- Board Treasurer Svend Stenberg Mølholt
When submitting a report as a whistleblower, you have the opportunity to create a secure postbox. The postbox can be used to provide further documentation related to the initial report. The internal investigators and whistleblower can communicate through the secure postbox without the whistleblower’s identity being compromised. The use hereof is solely based on the whistleblower’s willingness to log-on and answer questions or upload further documentation. If you choose to create a secure postbox when making a report, you will create a password and be provided with a unique link to your postbox linked to the report. It’s very important that you save this link on your device as the link cannot be reproduced.
